The Roof BROCHURE
Our 14 ounce vinyl tops are made in our own factory.			Other manufacturers use outside sources.  Each top has to pass our internal quality control.
We use a heavier, stronger vinyl  with a smoother surface			Stronger vinyl lasts longer - Smoother surface cleans easier.
The vinyl panels are heat sealed together in both the free standing and wall attached units, not sewn.			Threads at the seams will dry out and leaks may appear over time. Heat sealing prevents seam leakage.
The top slips into place behind each roof rafter and is held there by tightening each roof rafter, at the back wall into the mounting bracket with a thumb screw. To remove the top, simply loosen the thumb screws and the top slides off. This is all achieved inside the room.			Other manufacturers use a "c" channel system. The top is slid, from the side into the channel. This system leaves the top susceptible to rips, tears and stretching each time you put the roof on.
Roof rafters are 1" galvanized steel tubing			Lots of built-in strength & weather-ability.
The top extends beyond the screen walls providing a roof overhang of about 5"			Rain water will not run down the screens. Provides better protection from the sun and rain.
Roof Tensioning System, built into the roof rafters within the 5" overhang.			Allows you to manually (using a large thumb nut) adjust the tension of the roof, virtually eliminating any water accumulation on the roof.
Rain Gutter system built into the wall attached systems. This is not available on free standing units.			Water runs to either side of the room, not off the front. Allows you to walk in and out of the front door with out getting wet from the runoff from the roof.
Choice of 6 colors:  Green, Blue, Grey, Burgundy, White or Taupe			Other manufacturers typically offer a beige top only. We have a color to suit your surroundings.
Colors can be mixed within the top for a premium			Custom made with your choice such as Green & White

The Screened Wall Panels
1/8" thick Extruded Aluminum - Light in weight, but very strong			We do not use rolled formed steel, no rusting, ever.
Panels are never more than 44" in width			Other manufacturers typically have 50" panels. Panels over 48" wide do not have sufficient rigidity and are easily bent by children or the wind.
Fiberglass Screening, top to bottom			Nylon mesh (typically found in tents) will not allow sufficient air circulation. Our screening can be easily replaced yourself if needed with readily available screen kits at your local hardware store.
Supporting bar positioned at bottom third of panel			Unobstructed view. ALL other manufacturers set them at the center of the panel)
Connected by heavy duty flexible PVC vinyl hinges and then bolted together with stainless steel brackets and hardware for superior rigidity			Other manufacturers depend on cables, plastic roof tip parts and Velcro to hold their rooms together.
Mounted to your deck or patio with heavy gauge PVC channels in the both the free standing and wall mounted kits.			Assures a solid and a secure attachment. This is one of the factors that enables our screen enclosures to stand up to heavy weather.
Sliding Doors are a standard accessory in the wall attached 3 sided rooms and single sliding doors are standard in the free standing square, rectangular, and spa enclosures. *Note that a swing out door is standard on all round models.			44" doors allow easy entry and movement of larger items. Available on patio Plus models.
Optional Single sliding doors,  can be placed where needed on free standing square, rectangular and spa units as well as on the wall attached 3 sided rooms.			The option of more than one entry and exit is great for decks that lead to another deck or come in from one side and then out to the yard on the other.
Optional Vinyl Wind Breaker panels (can be same color as the top) can be used on the top 2/3 or bottom 1/3 of screen			Supported by an aluminum frame with spring loaded locks that hold it securely on the inside of the screen. Easy to use.
Optional Mylar windows (As above but clear Mylar)			Designed for top 2/3 of screen panel, hinged in the middle for opening to allow air circulation. Easily put on or removed.

Warranty
Veranda Jardin Gazebo's and Screen Rooms are guaranteed free from all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 (one) year following shipment of the unit from the factory. Due to the nature of the fiberglass screening used in these items, Veranda Jardin cannot guarantee the screen itself after the box has been opened. This warranty is void in the event the unit has been subject to abuse or incorrect assembly. Veranda Jardin is not responsible for damage caused by weather.
