The Patio Plus
Screenroom
by Jardin

Read through the following description of this high quality room. Then click on this link (click) for the picture page which shows you, by means of pictures, each aspect of the room you just read about!
|
 |
This picture is from the inside of one of our customer installations. They have a white roof, white 1/3 privacy panels on the bottom of each screen section and the clear (hinged in the middle) 2/3 size Mylar windbreaker panels in the top of each screen section.

1/3 & 2/3 size
privacy and windbreaker panels are included in the square and rectangular freestanding Jardin model screen enclosures. |

Roof tightening system
is built into the end of each galvanized steel roof rafter within the
5 1/2" overhang. The "nut & bolt" type operation allows for a simple
finger operation and does not require a wrench or pliers to operate.
Additionally, the extruded aluminum bolt
down brackets hold the front header rail
on securely along the full
length of the unit.
Both the roof and the gable sides
of the roof are
securely
fastened to the side header rail by way of a grommet and lace up system.
Easy to remove and
easy to re-do! |

 |

The
room MUST be screwed to a deck or patio.
PVC
rails are supplied to secure the extruded aluminum
frame to the deck
or patio. The aluminum extrusion is
secured in place with self tapping metal screws. The
PVC rail is then secured down to the deck or patio
in a traditional manner.

Frame
is 1-1/8" wide x 3/4" extruded aluminum with
baked on enamel finish -
in
white or taupe. Extrusion is 1/8" thick |

The top picture is a view of the bottom PVC rail in which the door moves.
The the picture below shows the top mounted rollers. This design allows for large smoothly operating nylon rollers in a die cast setting held inside a PVC rail. Long lasting quality in a smooth sliding door system.
 |

An excellent shot of the PVC rails that hold
the screen walls to your deck or patio. Also
take note of the pressure pins that hold the privacy panels in the screen frame - flush
with the inside face! |

Easy to install front
gutter system allows
for water to run off to either side of the unit. This feature prevents getting soaked from
roof top run off as you move
in and out of
your unit. |

The frame is an extruded aluminum construction.
The aluminum is 1/8" thick and
the frame measures
1-1/8" x 3/4" |

Warranty
Veranda Jardin Gazebo's
and Screen Rooms are guaranteed free from all defects in workmanship and
materials for a period of 1 (one) year following shipment of the unit from
the factory. Due to the nature of the fiberglass screening used in these
items, Veranda Jardin cannot guarantee the screen itself after the box has
been opened. This warranty is void in the event the unit has been subject to
abuse or incorrect assembly. Veranda Jardin is not responsible for damage
caused by weather.
Most of our screen enclosures are designed for 3 season use and are the
ultimate in low-maintenance sun rooms. Strong aluminum framing with
screens from top to bottom gives maximum sun and bug protection. Spa
covers, hard top screen rooms and gazebos round the line of backyard
patio, porch and screen enclosures.
We carry over 100 different combinations of gazebos in sizes and
colors designed to fit most decks and patios. If you don't see it
here, call us, we will be pleased to advise and assist.
ScreenHouses Unlimited
provides you with the widest selection of spa
covers, sunrooms and gazebos in the world. We represent several
manufacturers and can offer you the widest choice in screened patio
room styles and prices. To protect yourself from West Nile Virus add
a screened enclosure to your deck or patio and start enjoying the
outdoors, without the mosquitoes, as well as with protection from
the sun, wind and rain.
We give you the advantage of an additional room to your house,
without the high cost of construction. These spa covers and 3 season
sun rooms are not generally considered a permanent room, and so you
may not need building permits or contractors and you should not have
an increase in property taxes.
