We have professionals available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. If the answering machine kicks in during those hours it simply means all our lines are busy (taking orders or answering customers questions) and we would ask you leave a name and call back number, including area code. One of our staff will call back, usually within the hour.
