Our product lines, though designed for simplicity, usually prompt a number of questions that should be answered before the order is accepted. Although we strive to put all relevant information and pricing on every product page, sometimes the information is missed and it leads to questions. Your satisfaction is our priority, therefore you will not find a shopping cart on our site.

We provide a TOLL FREE telephone number for you to call in your order. You can print out the order form provided (WEB Page or PDF Format), fill it out, make note of any questions and then call 1.800.922.4760. We have professionals available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. If the answering machine kicks in during those hours it simply means all our lines are busy (taking orders or answering customers questions) and we would ask you leave a name and call back number, including area code. One of our staff will call back, usually within the hour.

Fax it over to us 24 hours a day, seven days a week to 1.905.825.4206. We will confirm your order and determine whether there are any questions that you should be aware of. Simple!
