The PVC Gazebo Kit has a cover that will last up to 10 years in normal conditions. Designed to stay up all year round, this 16 Ounce Vinyl is made to last and is also UV resistant to prevent yellowing. Made to be tear and abrasive resistant, we have incorporated an "anti-wicking" agent to prevent mold and mildew. Both the top and the PVC frame have a limited 5 year warranty against manufacturers defects. This PVC Gazebo Kit is a great addition to any backyard and can be used effectively as a Spa Enclosure Kit.

PVC Gazebo Features:
These do it yourself sunrooms have a roof structure that is made of 1 1/4" diameter .085" extruded aluminum poles with a baked on enamel finish. Once up, there is no need to take it down!

Do not let snow build up on the roof! A maximum of 4" is manufacturers recommendation.

• These sunroom kits also have a 3" Overhang built into every unit, preventing the rain from washing down the screen face.

• The roof is a 16 ounce triple ply vinyl top available in three colors - - green, tan or burgundy.

• The vinyl top is cold crack resistant to -58F.

• The vinyl top is attached to the aluminum structure around the perimeter and on each roof strut that extends from the center hubs.

• Center height of the unit is 119"

• Door opening is an out-swinging 35" door

• The room SHOULD be screwed to a deck or patio for maximum strength in summer storms.

• This is a very high quality, long lasting gazebo style room that is easily assembled
  within a few hours.

Our PVC Gazebo Kits come with "snap in place" screen panels as well as "snap in place" clear polymer windows to keep the weather out. The 16 gauge clear polymer windows have UV inhibitors and are cold resistant to -4F.
